The short version
This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and has no tracking pixels. We collect personal information only when you deliberately give it to us — by booking a call or sending an email.
Who we are
Levr is the data controller for the information described here. [TODO: registered company name, company number and registered address]. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you book a call. Our booking calendar is provided by a third party and only loads if you choose to open it. When you book, that provider collects your name, email address, and anything you type into the booking form, and shares it with us so we can hold the call. Their own privacy policy governs what they do with it on their systems.
When you email us. We keep the message and your email address, because that is how email works.
Server logs. Our host records standard request data, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.
Why we can use it
We process this information to respond to you, to hold a call you asked for, and to run a business conversation you started. In UK and EU terms that is our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry, and, where a contract follows, performance of that contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and call records are kept for as long as there is a live conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. If you become a client, records are kept for the length of the engagement and for the period our accountants and the law require afterwards. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Who else sees it
Our booking provider, our email provider, and our hosting provider, each only to the extent needed to do their job. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK and think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
This policy is written to describe what the site actually does, but it is not legal advice. Have a solicitor review it before you rely on it, and fill in the company details marked above.
